Matt Valenti is an experienced trial attorney with nearly twenty years of experience litigating in federal and state courts. He is passionate about removing access barriers and has successfully enforced the rights of disabled people in hundreds of cases across California. He believes civil rights lawsuits are an essential part of fulfilling the promise of the Americans With Disabilities Act and other civil rights laws.
